Nose: Rich shortbread and a golden peach and pear aroma, spices flow across the aroma but they are balanced by some chewy toasted cashews with a caramel shell, touches of soft citrus.
Palate: A lingering rich and smooth note, peach melba, croissants with toasted almonds, honey and ginger give some classic speyside notes, toasted sweet oak notes, milk chocolate buttons and a touch of whipped cream, spices and apple leading to a lingering smooth finish.
