Nose: Sweet and spicy notes opening the nose, with wet oak and smoke, ginger and tangy citrus, some mineral and sharp tangy sour fruit candy, with a mellower edge of vanilla giving a nice balance.
Palate: Dry and sharp with crushed black pepper, some lemon and lime freshness, candied peel and mango, lots of rich smoke to push through across the whole palate, some cocoa nibs and hints of smoked fruit, lint and leather, herbal and spices rounding off the long palate and finish.
