Rutte Distillers Old Simon Genever 35% Dutch Gin 

Botanicals include: Juniper, coriander, angelica root, walnut, hazelnut, mace and celery.

Nose: A rich and full bodied nose, slightly nutty with a rich shortbread and crisp biscuits note, some cereal , barley and juniper with spice aroma.

Palate: Hazelnuts and Angelica open the palate, with a rich creamy malty tone, some sweet toasted barley, tangy spices and a soft oily note binding the whole palate together seamlessly.
