Nose: Dark fruits and demerara sugars, caramel and dark honey with a ripe red berry note, some spices and dark plumbs with a hint of crushed dates and cinnamon, some butterscotch and vanilla add to the richness of the nose.
Palate: The dark fruits on the nose are here at the front of the palate, rich and abundant flavours from the start, Cherries and creamy vanilla with some soft strawberries and whipped cream for a moment, after a hit of sweet summer fruits we find a warming spice and vanilla pod, hints of charred BBQ fruits and a little dry spice.
A rather interesting bourbon full of flavour.
