Nose: A very complex and intriguing nose of fruit and some caramel with a touch of smoke, some herbal aromas and a little earthy richness. some sweet pineapple and tropical fruits.
Palate: Pineapple of course this is what makes this rum so interesting on the nose and palate, with a creamy banana and cream, some sweet aromatic smoke and soft hints of ginger root and a dash of almond, some soft dark oak and spice add to the very enjoyable lingering finish.
