Matured in a refill butt
Nose: Soft creamy notes, some toasted oak and peach, some ground arabica beans, garibaldi biscuits, vanilla custard and soft hints of sweet spices.
Palate: Creamy milk chocolate, whipped cream and cocoa nibs add a rich start to the palate, some dried banana and soft toffee caramel, springtime floral sweetness, peach and soft tones of limes and orange, with a delicate spice leading to a super smooth lingering finish.
