Merlet Lune d'Apricot Brandy 25% ABV
A wonderfully vibrant apricot liqueur from French brand Merlet. It’s made from Roussillon apricots which, once harvested are soaked in pure alcohol before being pressed and filtered. The natural infusion is then blended with a splash of young Cognac to add complexity, before sugar is added to make it legally a liqueur. Aromatic, bright and mouth-watering, it’s delicious on its own over ice or in the likes of a Sidecar.
