Merlet Creme de Cassis Liqueur / 20% / 70cl
Nose: Lots of aromas flow from this liqueur, dark fruits as we would expect from its colour, jammy with sweet blackcurrants and blueberry, soft notes edge this cassis along nicely.
Palate: A rich mouthcoating luxurious Cassis, sweet viscosity, blackcurrant jam, a tangy full bodied taste, some soft minty notes add a deliciously rounded freshness to the overall taste, a very lingering aftertaste from the berries and sugars with more fruits as it finally dissipates.
