Nose: Rather refreshing fruity notes, lots of orchard fruits, with a hint of lemon and soft lime, apples with a crisp hint of pears, ginger and sweet light spices.
Palate: Vanilla pod, some light sweet spices, golden honeycomb, apples and hints of light cream and soft banana, with hints of coconut apples and spiced ginger cake in the mid palate, light toffee and whipped cream adding to a rather nice finish.
