Nose: Rich with a nice layer of spice, dark chocolate, tannic notes with a rich polished leather, some crisp candied fruits, soft spices, and a hint of crushed black pepper, figs, dates, red apple skins.
Palate: The influence of the sherry cask is abundant on the opening of the palate, some red fruits, hints of soft all spice, dark chocolate and honey glazed nuts, mouthcoating oily tones add to the richness of the palate, hints of sweet tropical fruits with a little pepper, a rich bold and full-bodied finish of tangy citrus, vanilla pod, dark dried fruits.
