Nose: Fresh baked patisseries, honey, orchard fruits and springtime blossom, some ginger snaps and pears add to a creamy aromatic nose that keeps growing in the glass. 

Palate: The front of the palate is rich and slightly oily, a tempting sweet spice and rich ginger and soft summer honey, with a creamy brioche and citrus cream drizzle, shortbread and sweet butterscotch,  some dark dried fruits like sultana, raisins and grapes, a herbal and fruity finish rounds this dram off perfectly.
