Nose: An incredibly rich and balanced nose, with lots of nice rounded fruits, a little hint of peach, melon and all spice, apples and orange adding to the mix of incredible aromas.
Palate: The palate is superbly balanced with no harshness or overly dry notes just rich and smooth fruits, creamy and lingering notes, tropical fruits with a balance of citrus leading to a rather nice peppery and sweet spice note, apples and hints of soft lemon and subtle cocoa and orange.
This is a great tasting rum indeed.
