Nose: Light fragrant and sweet with honey and toasted almonds, fresh balked shortbread, soft vanilla pod aromas and a little hint of banana bread. The dark fruits from the sherry cask are here but they glide in and out with ease tempting you to dive into the palate.
Palate: More rich fruits from the nose flow across the front of the palate, some sherry notes of course but not overwhelming, a balance between some red fruits and soft summer tones, a creamy vanilla and honey note add to the richness of the palate.
