Palate: Oily with a dry spice, some ripe summer fruits, toasted sourdough bread, peanut butter and a little cracked black pepper, banana bread, melon with a hint of sweet spice and Demerara sugar, peach and almond yogurt, a little dry spice and dark toffee.
