Nose: A Rich aromatic nose of ripe autumnal fruits. Dark rich fruits like damson and soft sultana and raisins, crushed cashew and almond, toffee and vanilla, the sherry cask has left a nice sweet and spicy aroma that draws you in.
Palate: That first fill sherry cask has worked its magic on the palate, some soft cereal bars with a light outer shell of toasted almonds and maple, hints of spices and dark frets flow across the mid palate, juicy sweet red fruits and soft dates, the finish is a lingering taste experience with hints of ground coffee, cocoa and honey, dark fruits and candied orange peel
