Chorlton Whisky 

An old-fashioned sort of sherried dram here, which belies its years.

Nose: Some classic aromas shine through like beeswax, dried figs, old, polished leather and soft cigar smoke. Jammy dark fruits, orange bitters and black spices.

Palate: The waxiness from the nose arrives as a rich coating on the front of the palate, with a rich candied orange, hints of marmalade and soft spices, some smoke arrives to guide the flavours across the mid palate, with a sweet and almost spicy dried apple and soft cinnamon, the finish is a long lingering one that keeps you coming back for one more.
