Nose: Sweet and creamy vanilla with a touch of sweet oak, melon and caramel, tropical fruits, sweet and rounded spices, toffee and milk chocolate

Palate: Waxed fruit, cantaloupe melon, ripe apples with a touch of vanilla and honey, steamed sweet fruit dumplings, old school pick and mix sweets, pineapple and white truffles, dried strawberries and toasted almonds, with a classic ginger and cooking spice, mellow creamy latte foam, rice crackers and hints of sweet mint adding a nice freshness to the mid palate, heading into the finish we find a very elegant smooth and creamy note, some soft spiced exotic fruits.
