Nose: Lemon, limes and grapes, warm baked apple cake, Mirabelle, peeled soft fruits, banana and apricots, some earthy notes, cheesecake base and soft vanilla.
Taste: Barley sugar twist candy, slightly aniseed and honey notes adding a great contrast on the front of the palate before giving way to golden honeycomb, soft white chocolate and summer hay, toffee apple and candy shells, some light demerara and soft pear, grapes and a final twist of light peach, shortbread and toasted oak.
