A fabulous third instalment in the autumn Filey Bay Sherry Cask Reserve series, this bottling sees five Fino casks married together – three filled with pot still distillate, two with the lighter column still liquid. Fino is typically lighter and more delicate than other sherry styles, and this feels incredibly elegant. Just 2,000 bottles have been released, so snap it up quick.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Rhubarb and custard sweets, fresh apple, cola cubes, cinnamon pastries, fruit loaf and an earthy liquorice.

Palate: Luscious and honey-like with milk chocolate, pencil shavings, vanilla pods, black pepper, and a soft marzipan.

Finish: Medium length with drying oak and a dusting of cinnamon.
