Spirit of Yorkshire’s Filey Bay Flagship single malt is here! It’s a field-to-bottle dram made with a remarkable 100% home-grown barley – and it’s all ex-Bourbon cask for a hearty dose of distillery character. It’s a proudly accessible whisky: there are warming coconut and gentle citrus notes. A dram for everyone, to be enjoyed in whatever way you like.
Tasting note:
Nose: Lots of soft caramel notes, with milk chocolate, coconut, salted butter and a medley of fresh orange peels.
Palate: Gentle and velvety, the palate builds on the nose with added orchard fruit, Crunchie chocolate bar notes, golden syrup and a gentle nuttiness.
Finish: Medium length with lots of caramel.
