Nose: Very noticeable aromas of smoke and wet earth on a forest floor, smouldering charcoal and fruits, cracked black pepper and some dried spices, orange and hints of lemon add to the complexity, some rich peaty notes are ever present in the aroma.

Palate: The opening on the palate is rich citrus and summer fruits, a nice building of sweet and rich smoke, honey and peach, some ripe orchard fruits, a lingering malty note leading into a sublime smoked orange and dark cocoa nibs, a long finish adds to the enjoyment of the exceptional single malt.
