Facundo NEO Rum 40% ABV
Part of the Bacardi rum family and named after its founder, Facundo NEO is a versatile bottling that works well in all manner of cocktails. It’s been aged for up to eight years, but undergone a charcoal filtration process to strip out the colour. It’s still full of character though, and an ideal drinks cabinet staple.
Tasting note:
Nose: Light and vibrant, with green banana, toffee, vanilla pods, coconut, and a subtle floral quality.
Palate: Gloriously creamy with more vanilla, along with green apples, toffee, milk chocolate, and a smattering of black pepper.
Finish: Medium length with more creaminess.
