This rich, fruity Gold Demerara rum is perfect on its own or when used as the base of a variety of cocktails. It's made using spirit produced at Uitvlugt using both Savale stills and the original and last surviving wooden Coffey still from the Enmore Sugar Estate, which dates back over 200 years.
TASTING NOTES
Nose – Tropical fruits and raisin
Palate – Banana and pineapple give way to caramel and toasted coconut with vanilla wafting throughout
Finish – A long finish of dried fruits
