Matured in ex-bourbon casks, Matusalem, Oloroso Sherry Casks and Cabernet Sauvignon Barriques.
Nose: Sweet and spicy aromas on the nose, cinnamon and, nutmeg and mellow soft turmeric tanginess with vanilla and soft ginger.
Palate: The contrast between nose and palate is rather good, with a sweet and creamy note of vanilla and soft whipped fudge, hints of toffee and ice cream, spices and hints of brandy snaps, a touch of peach and crushed sweet spices.
