Matured in American Oak ex-bourbon cask, With a further maturation in Amoroso & Matusalem sherry casks and classic ex-bourbon oak.
Nose: A rich honey and soft ginger tones opening up nicely, some vanilla and creamy toffee, vanilla pod and with a hint of ginger, cloves and sweet plumbs, light caramel.
Palate: Rich and smooth with a little hint of spiced plumb and subtle strawberry, red and green grapes adding a nice sweet mid palate, honey and toasted waffles, hints of maple syrup and chewy caramel.
