Dailuaine 24 Year Old 1997 Celebration of the Cask #9465 59.8% 70cl

Nose: With a deep rich colour the nose should be tempting! Indeed it is with a rich toasted fruit cake not, some soft hints of marzipan and a little hint of forest fruits and a touch of vanilla, fresh ginger and a little toasted almond. 

Palate: Orchard fruits and a toffee tone open the palate, vanilla and shortbread, barley sugar twist candy, some nutty crisp fruit notes in the mid palate, some golden honeycomb, soft hints of white chocolate and dry sweet spices add to the finish of this great vintage.
