Nose: A soft almost sweet mineral tone, subtle sweet citrus, lime and lemon, soft light summer fruits, mango and peach, with a touch of creamy vanilla and soft chewy toffee, blackberries, subtle herbal aromas opening to a rich and rounded nose.
Palate: Lots of tangy fruity lemon, hints of meringue, toasted almond, shortbread, with hints of liquorice root and blackberries, butterscotch, and a touch of spiced apple, with a nice balance between sweet and dried fruits, hints of light waxiness and rounded vanilla and soft wine tones, this is a very taste driven dram.
