Palate: Some fresh aromatic notes on the nose with rich aromas of fresh thyme, fresh cut green grass, some tangy undertones of citrus, agave nectar mix seamlessly in one continuous journey
Taste: A rich earthy note on the front of the palate, some creamy soft vanilla, fresh cut herbs, with a soft creamy spice note, some almond and soft cookie dough.
After maturing in American Oak for around 6-8 months the palate has come together with such a rich taste profile.
