Nose: Fruity with lots of sweet tropical fruits flood the nose, hints of juicy pineapple chunks, caramel and toasted waffles with a little maple syrup and cream. 
Palate: Golden honeycomb, rich dark fruits, vanilla and soft honey, with a rich undertone of soft cognac soaked fruits and a subtle creamy note that leads to a finish that builds nicely to a rich fruit cake and soft wafers with hints of toffee and ice-cream sundae.
