Saint Lucian rum brand Chairman’s Reserve returns with this Forgotten Casks release, a stunningly expressive six-year-old bottling. Made using both Coffey column and copper pot stills, it’s been aged in a cohort of ex-bourbon barrels, which were vatted together ahead of a final six-month finish. Fresh tobacco, raisins, vanilla, pineapple and vanilla sit alongside a raft of sweet spices throughout the nose and palate. Try it neat or in one of the most delicious Old Fashioneds you’ll ever taste.
