The perfect balance between juicy oakiness and fresh dryness, from the marriage of one virgin American oak barrel and two ex-bourbon barrels.  

Nose: Lots of maritime aromas, smoke and soft peat, tarmac, and bonfire embers, dark fruits and a hint of spice and soft minty tones that add a lively note on the nose.  

Palate: Smoked pine, hints of a creamy toffee and spiced apricot’s, almonds and soft pepper, smoked meats, soft vanilla, and a rich sweetness in the mid palate, more traditional Islay notes flow in, charred bonfire notes, toffee apple crisp candy shells, salted caramel and crushed walnuts, a rich and classic tasting Islay.
