Nose: Soft with a subtle sweet candied aroma, some dried charred wood, some cinnamon and soft smoke.
Palate: A nice balanced sweet smoke and peat with lots of soft summer fruits, some toffee apple and salted caramel, soft embers and hints of crushed pink peppers.
At cask strength this is perfect to go from the start. You can add water but we have a feeling you will be more than happy with-out
