Nose: Light coastal and mineral tones, with spiced pears and salted toffee caramel, rock pools and wet sand, some smouldering oak and charcoal
Palate: A fresh and fruity note of lemon and soft lime, spent matches, earthy notes and fresh peeled banana, smoke and sweet peated notes shine through nicely as the mid palate takes us to a very well balanced finish of soft smoke, ripe grape, and soft citrus.
