Nose: A very soft sweet wood smoke and soft sweet berries, gentle coastal aromas and gentle springtime wood notes. Lemon and lime, a touch of creamy orange and soft oak.
Palate: Gentle sea breeze and fruit hit the front of the palate, hints of white chocolate and peach, a great counterbalance arrives with a peppery and and sweet fruit mix across the palate, the finish is nicely balanced with some rich coastal notes, soft spices, some sweet oak and a lingering toffee and soft smoke.
