Briottet Rhubarbe Liqueur 18% ABV
An authentic, earthy rhubarb liqueur from six-generation family-run French brand Briottet. It’s made using both green and red rhubarb varieties – its maceration technique gives it a subtle pink hue. It sips beautifully on the rocks, or as a splash in sparkling wine. And indeed in myriad cocktails.
Tasting note: Vibrant on the nose, with an authentically sharp yet earthy palate. It’s bright with just the right amount of acidity. The finish is medium length, and surprisingly soft.
