An exciting early release from one of Edinburgh’s newest distilleries. Based down in Leith, Bonnington was commissioned in 2019, with production kicking off in March 2020. It produces around 2,200 casks a year – so this is interesting stuff. This heavily peated expression is released at a natural cask strength without chill-filtration by independent bottler Fruitful Spirits.
