Thompson brothers 6-year-old 46% BSW Blended Scotch Whisky Aged over 6 Years

Nose: Once gain the Thompson Brothers have hit the ground running with this incredibly rich blend, some savoury notes that include, sweet plum sauce, fresh ground coffee beans and toasted oak, honeycomb and chocolate, crème pâtissière, sultana and sweet raisin, candied orange and a final touch of malt loaf.

Palate: With a nice little twist on the palate of dark ginger cake and hints of dried sultana, some rich fruit cake notes flow across the palate, freshly baked Scottish pancakes and maple syrup, damson’s and hints of red berries, some coca nibs and a little dried spice, soft with toasted cinnamon buns, vanilla and honey, with a long rich fruity finish.
