Nose: Lots of fruits with a noticeable red fruit, some late season honey, a rich and pungent fruity nose is balanced by some toasted breakfast waffles and cream, hints of dried sweet spices and sherried richness.
Palate: From the opening on the palate, it’s a great balanced sherry cask note, some candied orange and some rich chocolate, the red fruits are here with a strawberry and cherry tone, some dryness comes into play as this dram has a twist of soft iodine and dark toffee, savoury and rich right to the end.
