Nose: A warming waxy sherry and soft sweet chilly notes, dry spices and hints of hay lofts, tangy orange and peach.
Palate: Some ripe apples, damson jam and soft leather notes building on the palate, as this opens lots of fruity notes, red apples in waxed parchment paper, some peppery and dark sweet fruit flavours come together to deliver a long and lingering finish.
