Plantation XO 20th anniversary rum 40% Vol
Created to mark the 20th anniversary of Alexandre Gabriels time as a master blender, this rum is a blending together of some fine aged rums from Barbados.
The first ageing is ex bourbon oak casks for many years before the rum departs for France where it will then be aged in small Ferrand French oak casks until its ready to bottled.
Nose : The stunning floral/fruity opening aroma is transcendent, then releases fragrance of vanilla, cocoa and milk chocolate.
Palate : The delightful mango notes lend evidence to its advanced age, a result of long maturation in French oak cask.
