Nose: Lots of soft autumnal fruits, apples and soft sweet pears, peaches, sweet spice, and sugared almond, berries and vanilla pod, soft hints of pepper and white chocolate truffles.
Plate: A clean smooth opening on the palate, building sweet citrus of Lemon and Saville oranges, chesses cake and honey and nut truffles, vanilla and peaches with a lingering smooth spice and soft red grape, lingering and rounded mid palate leading to a rich finish of sweet sliced apples, almonds and honey.
