Lagavulin 11 Years Old The Managers Dram 57.1% Vol, single cask

Please note this is a vintage bottling and may arrive with expected levels of wear and tear.

Nose: From the opening of the bottle its a rich and aromatic dram, classic smoke and peat, TCP and melon show a great contrast on the nose, sweet but not overly, some pineapple, white chocolate, spent matches.

Palate: Some damson and smoke adding a great mix on the front of the palate, with some almond flakes, smouldering smoke and hints of tar, bonfire night toffee apples, shortbread and dry white wine tones,  soaked fruit and soft pepper.

A delightfully balanced Lagavulin that’s true to its original distillate but with an added extra layer in the mix.
