Nose: Toasted caramel and dark rich stewed fruits, some soft leather notes, hints of dark tobacco leaf, figs with a little spice pushing through for a moment, rich 80% cocoa solids adding a luxurious richness to the nose. 

Palate: The front taste is soft creamy caramel and hints of honey, give this a moment or two before the darker notes come flooding across the palate, truffles and sweet plumbs, dry spices with dark soft fruit cake and a hint of candied orchard fruits.
