Matured in Hogshead & Refill Sherry Butt to finish.
Nose: Peaches and other summer fruits, a little warm baked sponge, soft strawberry and spice, hints of cracked black peppers, vanilla extract, poached pear.
Palate: A soft chocolate fondant note, creamy with a little toffee, crushed almonds and cookie dough, sultana and raisins, shortbread and honey, hints of soft ginger and brandy snaps.
A very well rounded single malt that lasts on the palate.
