Description

Dream drams keep coming from the team at Murray McDavid with this vintage one not to miss. Matured in Sherry cask then a finish for its final year in a port cask.
Nose: Really nice aromas of dark sweet fruits like sweet figs with a dash of Demerara sugar then we head into a sweet floral-fruitiness, dry roasted honey nuts.
Palate: Chocolate and winter fruits, a little dry spice and strawberry ice cream leading to a nice lingering finish toffee-nut brittle with a last dash of spice and dark berry jam.
