Nose: Sweet and fruity notes of light strawberry and succulent damson’s, rich notes of milk chocolate, tobacco leaf and hints of soft leather, charred oak and crisp toffee crunch.
Palate: The sherry cask is evident on the front of the palate, with a rich and fruity opening of dark fruits like fig’s, mulberry, very subtle strawberry, Jammy notes adding a rich mid palate, some cinnamon and baking spices give a sweet and rich tone, with a nice smooth chocolate and soft honey in the finish along with a little sweet spice to round things off perfectly.
