Nose: Scottish Shortbread and chocolate chips, some honey and ginger, some sweet berries and sultana, red apples and hints of soft pears, a slight tropical fruit tone and vanilla pod.
Palate: An extremely smooth and fruity opening to the palate, honey and ginger with a rich baked fruit cake, sweet and spiced apple notes, studdle and sweet spices like cinnamon adding a nice taste in the mid palate, with a long smooth and fruity finish of orchard fruits and red grapes, some citrus and honey wrap this superb dram up nicely.
