A single cask marriage of cask ends of whisky from Signatory casks, they have been married in the cask for 16 years with the minimum age of the whiskies in this amazing mix being 30 years old, Sherry cask matured to deliver a rich and taste driven palate.
Nose: Sweet toasted oak, soft spices and hints of chewy toffee, maple syrup and golden honeycomb, pastel and vanilla, dried spice and dark chocolate. #
Palate: Damson jam, soft honey and almonds, some milk chocolate and spiced apricots, warming lingering fruits, some bolder mid notes that keep this dram growing across the palate, a nice rich and lingering finish.
