Tomatin 8 Year Old James Eadie The Beehive 46% 70cl
A really lovely Tomatin expression from independent bottler James Eadie. The Beehive comprises three re-charred and first-fill ex-bourbon hogsheads, all distilled at the Highland producer back in 2015. The label design was inspired by a pub that the team used to own. Just 1,205 bottles were released, with tasting notes including fresh apple, vanilla custard, blackberries and, of course, honey. Charming all round.
