Mask Of Death 10 Year Old 51% oak and first fill bourbon barrels.
Nose: light and mellow on the nose, with a little hint of hessian cloth, creamy melon and honey, white chocolate buttons and a little hint of floral aromas, some sweet hay and soft buttered farmhouse bread. Soft cinnamon and almond oil.
Palate: This palate is swings and roundabouts at the start so I am hooked, A sweet opening on the front and side of the palate , with a creamy lemon and peach, green grapes, some drying spice and a touch of lemon towards the finish, with a drop of water its a little softer on the finish.
